Brittany and Samuel tied the knot at Birkby House, a historic manor in Leesburg, Virginia. This sweet couple planned the perfect summer wedding, with fresh blue hues accented with white and gold. Each detail felt personal and handpicked (especially the table numbers featuring their beloved cats). Brittany and Sam's wedding day was full of sunshine and plenty of love, as their friends and family joyfully celebrated with them.
Birkby House was such a beautiful venue for a romantic summer wedding. The venue recently added a conservatory as their reception space, and it is full of natural light. With wall to wall windows and an enormous skylight, the late afternoon sunlight easily filled the room with a beautiful glow. The house itself has lovely features like colorful wallpaper, plenty of windows, and covered porches, making it a perfect "rain or shine" wedding day venue.
Brittany and Samuel's details were accented with different shades blue, from the bridesmaid dresses to Sam's blue suit. Brittany changed to a pair of bridal sneakers so that she could dance the night away at her reception, and she and her father broke out into surprise choreography to open the dance floor!
To say I'm in love with this Birkby House wedding is an understatement! I'm excited to return for a few more weddings there in 2024!
